Serina serves as the Canberra Ambassador of Women’s Entrepreneurship Day and is passionate about educating and facilitating women to live independently.
A former diplomat, Serina is the author of The Joyful Frugalista and host of The Joyful Frugalista podcast.
Her podcast has been recommended by New Idea and MLC and features interviews with top financial and other influencers from Australia and overseas. Serina runs courses on building abundance and offers one on one business coaching.
Serina is a well-known media identity, with her appearances including on Studio 10, Today Extra, Sunrise, Your Money Live, Mums at the Table, ABC Radio National, and radio programs around the country. Serina has been awarded grant funding through YWCA Canberra and the Canberra Innovation Network to develop The Joyful Fashionista.
Serina is a passionate advocate for women and currently serves as Vice President of Zonta Club Canberra Breakfast and concurrently as Director of Public Relations and Communications.

Rachael Ferguson is an international award-winning entrepreneur, podiatrist, author and CEO of Australian footcare company SynxBody.
After landing a deal with Andrew Banks on the TV show Shark Tank in 2015, Rachael has rapidly grown the company, creating a wide range of footcare products available nationally in Chemist Warehouse and selected pharmacies in Australia and New Zealand, and international presence in the USA.
Rachael regularly speaks at seminars and in the media about common podiatry conditions, general health and entrepreneurship topics. She has also published a wide range of blogs and videos on common podiatry issues and is also an ambassador for Women’s Entrepreneurship Day (WED) which is a non-for-profit organisation to empower, support and celebrate women in business.
